• 10 years of relevant design exp as an architect, civil engineer, structural engineer, preferably for MRT or LTA projects
• PE certified
• Proficiency in both MIDAS & Autocad
• Experience in LTA related construction or other gov't related projects (Airport, MRT, Coastal, etc.)
• Project management

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, corrective maintenance, and fault finding of all equipment and systems carried out by the company.
• Attending to service calls, developing sales of security systems and equipment, quoting, and securing projects.
• Coordinating and assisting with projects secured by the company.
• Performing any other work assigned by the management consistent with the company's objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with client (local and overseas) in order to track and report the project status.
• Working in a heavy industries environment that is dirty and greasy can be a physically demanding such as Manual Labor e.g. Lifting heavy materials, working with tools, or operating machinery requires strength and stamina.
• You will be working in Confined Spaces and may need to navigate tight spaces, such as inside machinery or construction areas.
• You are require to stand the exposure to harsh Conditions which deal with extreme temperatures, grease, oil, dust, or other environmental factors that make the job physically taxing.
• You are able Climbing, Bending, or Crawling as this roles require physically demanding positions as part of the daily responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITY
· Plan and allocate tools, material and manpower for fabrication;
· Ensure that all the technical reviews by engineering team comply with project requirements;
· Coordinate all technical queries with related parties – engineering team, client, vendor etc;
· Assist Project Manager in streamlining work processes;
· Coordinator with team to review all subcontract and supplier shop drawing, product data, samples,
manuals etc for all compliance with contract documents;
· Manage vendor documents for all equipment;
· Monitor and ensure all the vendor equipment delivery are on time, including checks on inspection status and requirement;
· Prepare tender submission, cost estimation and project change request;

*Prepare monthly P&L reporting.

*Able to use AutoCAD – Advance Steel Software.
· Any other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent

· Proficient in design software such as PV AutoCAD

· Proficiency in English language (spoken and written) with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and assist superior in project planning and coordination of all site activities.
• Prepare and revise engineering documents, drawings, risk assessments, method statements, safe work procedures, operations and maintenance manuals for all necessary works.
• To issue final specification/bill of materials for purchase order and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure budget and terms and conditions of purchases are met.
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of goods, equipment and fabricated items.
• Coordinate and supervise construction teams and subcontractors for the erection, testing and commissioning of installation of equipment to the required specification and quality.
• Liaise with consultants, owners and relevant authorities on their engineering request.
• Plan and schedule work activities at sites in accordance to master program and ensure work is conducted in a timely and safe manner.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Candidate need to possess keen knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and the industry in general.
