Description of Division/Branch

The team oversees service management of funded partners which include KidSTART Agencies (KSAs) and hospitals and engagements with partners/stakeholders such as MSF Social Service Offices, Family Service Centres, Preschool Operators, Polyclinics, Hospitals, who are part of the KidSTART eco-system of delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Development

• Assist and support the Regional Head in the design, planning and delivery of service development initiatives (such as annual workplans and budgets, Service Standards Requirements, operational dashboard & data analysis).

2. Service Management (KSL and Funded Partners)
