As a Duty Manager, you will be tasked to:

Assist associates with expediting payments. Follow up with guest regarding satisfaction with guest-related issues. Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and activating room key. Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Set up accurate accounts for each guest upon check-in (i.e., sharewiths, separate room/tax/incidentals, comp). Anticipate sold-out situations and obtain satisfactory alternative accommodations when the property cannot accommodate guests with reservations. Block rooms in the computer and identify designated requirements and requests. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem. Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in. Review shift logs/daily memo books and document pertinent information in logbooks. Count bank at the beginning and end of shift. Balance and drop receipts according to Accounting specifications. Be well versed in Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Program. Attend to and assist in emergency situations.

Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching employees; serve as a role model and first point of contact of the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Job responsibilities :

· Assists in the recruitment and selection of performing artistes.

· Coordinates practices and rehearsal schedules for all performing artistes.

· Monitors and reports the work progress of all performing artistes.

. Manage the backstage and onstage area during performances.

· Conducts market research, gathers information on latest trends to improve business prospects.

· Plans, designs, and produces solutions while managing all project delivery elements within time limit.

· Liaises with customers to identify their needs and to ensure customers’ satisfaction.

· Promotes the Company’s business via social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• To demonstrate experience in managing the detailed design in electrical and electrical distribution system in municipal scale of Wastewater treatment systems / Construction sector.
• Perform/ Review electrical scope pertaining to, but not limited to: electrical equipment (MCC, HTSG, LVSG, DB & etc)
• Project execution, implementation, documentations. Interface with other disciplines in the due course of work: Mechanical, process, ICA
• Plan, directs and coordinate all site activities and committed to meet submittal, review and approval schedule, quality and safety targets.
• Evaluate Vendors’ technical submissions. Conduct Technical interviews with Vendors. Post-award- manage Vendors to ensure proper execution of works.
• Plan and manage installation sequences efficiently.
• Technically strong and experienced in process plant electrical installation and integration works.
• Check and ensure all electrical equipment, installation works conform to project design specifications and contracted terms and conditions.
• Ensure timely completions of all projects and attend to site meetings and negotiate with consultants, clients, suppliers on engineering & contractual matters.
• Participate in troubleshooting with site team during erection/ installation, testing and commissioning phases of the project

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (Electrical) registered with the PEB Singapore.
• Minimum 15 years relevant working experience, preferably in municipal scale of Wastewater treatment systems.
• Project Management and Supervision skills
• A resourceful self-starter who possess excellent problem solving skills and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently yet co-ordinates and teamwork seamlessly with other departments, works well under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Highly motivated, driven by excellence and having an eye for details.
• Able to take on numerous challenging tasks while simultaneously meeting high standards and deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively in English at all levels, both verbally and in written reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project & AutoCAD.

Responsibility:

1. Responsible to make plans using detailed drawing

2. Responsible to prepare estimates and budgets

3. Responsible to prepare of creating accurate project specifications

4. Responsible to create technical reports for customer

5. Responsible for completing regulatory documents concerning safety issues.

6. Support the engineers in monitoring project deliverables and actively engage where project teams would benefit from technical intervention;

7. To liaise with respective parties on checking of drawings

8. Attending to all site meetings with owner, consultants and main-contractors on all matters relating to the project operation and coordination

9. Provide technical advice and assistance to the overall project team as appropriate including Commissioning and Service.

Requirement:

1. Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering

2. Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in Construction field in Singapore.

3. Priority if having experience of Metal structure and all type of facade related works

4. Must be ready to work any time to resolve the project related matter. (even public holiday)

5. Must be able to work in day or night shift (if required)

6. Excellent communication skill

7. Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Attend to feedback and complaints promptly
• Convene and attend council meetings and AGM
• Check financial transactions and prepare an annual budget

Requirements

• Degree in Project & Facility Management, Real Estate or its equivalent qualifications
• At least 5 years of Condominium management experience
• Proficient in critical thinking with adaptability in the workplace
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Candidates with experience in TOP projects will have an added advantage
