The Digital Experience and Merchandising (DE&M) team defines, develops and delivers an exceptional shopping experience for Apple Store Online customers across all of our digital platforms. As a Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in developing innovative regional merchandising and story telling strategies that captivate customers and support purchase confidence. The individual in this role will lead the planning and execution of APAC regional digital merchandising strategies for new product launches, programs including Apple Trade in, Apple Care, and Apple Retail Value Propositions, and Retail Learning Video content across the Apple Store Online and the Apple Store App. The individual in this role will leverage a deep understanding of business goals, commercial programs, customer journeys and friction points to continuously optimize the digital shopping experience.
 Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed merchandising strategies, briefs and plans for new product launches, programs and Retail Learning Videos in partnership with worldwide DE&M team, commercial teams, Marketing teams, Retail Contact Center and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with worldwide and regional cross-functional teams for product launches to ensure local relevance in merchandising, including navigation, content, curation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with the Analytics teams to analyze data to extract actionable insights, and translate them into clear recommendations and plans.
• Work cross-functionally to understand the customer journey and implement strategies that enhance the digital shopping experience on the Apple Store Online and Apple Store App.
• Regular meetings with peers in AMR and EMEIA during overlapping business hours.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital merchandising, digital commerce, marketing, digital customer experience, or equivalent.
 Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to create innovative customer experiences.

• Proven track record of enhancing digital merchandising performance and digital customer experience through data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of regional retail trends, including shopping behaviors, consumer preferences and conversion optimization strategies.

1) Curriculum Design and Development:

• Design age-appropriate physical education programs that incorporate fun and developmentally appropriate activities to enhance children’s motor skills, coordination, and overall fitness.

2) Program Evaluation and Improvement:

• Identify areas for improvement, such as adjusting the intensity of exercises or adding new activities to increase engagement.
• Recommend curriculum changes to better meet age-appropriate fitness goals and address any challenges.
• Implement structured pilot programs to test new activities or modifications, and evaluate their success based on participant feedback and measurable outcomes like increased motor skill proficiency or participation rates.

3) Training and Support:

• Provide training for gym coaches on the effective delivery of the curriculum, ensuring consistent quality and program alignment across all sessions.

4) Monitoring and Assessment:

• Create tools for tracking children’s progress and evaluate the effectiveness of individual sessions.

5) Collaboration with Stakeholders:

• Work closely with coaches and management to tailor programs to meet children’s needs and ensure smooth program implementation.
• Collaborate with external educational experts as needed.

6) Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure that all programs comply with safety guidelines, focusing on the well-being of every child.

Key Qualifications:

• Familiarity with generative models (GANs, VAEs, or diffusion models) and their application in visual content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

a) Arabic Language Curriculum Implementation and Mentorship

1. Implement Arabic language standards that are set by the primary madrasah in Singapore which are to enhance students' proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.

2. Provide mentoring and ongoing support to teachers in implementing effective language teaching strategies, including co-planning and co-teaching opportunities.

3. Integrate language learning strategies into the overall madrasah curriculum.

4. Collaborate with Arabic language teachers in their assessment practices to identify language learning needs and track students' progress.

5. Offer mentorship and support to Arabic language teachers in implementing the desired curriculum, incorporating effective language teaching strategies, and providing co-planning and co-teaching opportunities.

6. Offer mentorship and support to the Arabic language professional learning community (PLC) in the madrasah, aiming to enhance lesson delivery and overall Arabic language acquisition.

b) Students’ Engagement

1. Enhance existing Arabic language extra-curricular activities in the madrasah.

2. Conduct and facilitate Arabic language workshops for students from primary one to six,

minimally in every semester.

3. Enhance and track students’ speaking and listening skills and competency through Arabic language activities.

4. Create an Arabic language-rich environment within the madrasah to promote students’ Arabic language acquisition and literacy.

Qualifications and Skills:

§ Minimum bachelor’s degree in education, Arabic linguistics, or related field. Master’s degree will be an advantage.

§ Additional certification in language teaching such as Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language (TAFL) or related field.

§ Proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic with at least one major Arabic dialect.

§ Good command of English language for general communication in Singapore.

§ 7 – 10 years of experience in teaching Arabic language at primary, secondary or post-secondary level.

§ Experience in mentoring other teachers or leading professional development sessions is preferred.

§ Experience in education technology for language acquisition would be beneficial.

QC Engineer (Electronics)

Monthly basic salary: $3200 - $4500

Responsibilities:

· Technical transfer product/project in assembly and testing, and from customers

· Provide technical support in manufacturing and testing in product build

· Provide technical support to QC in RMA issue

· Provide technical support to QA in Compliance, Regulatory, Customer & Audit

Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Electronics Engineering

· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in Electronics Manufacturing industry

· Technical competent to handle product/project manufacturing, transfers and troubleshooting

· Experience in product/project, PCBA manufacturing and testing

· Able to liaise with customer on technical matters

· Experience in manufacturing environment with ISO13485 & FDA preferred

· Good communication and problem-solving skills

· Medical product experience and Quality Management System exposure preferred
