RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process and ensure compliance with relevant charter party requirements and company procedures, relevant voyage or time charter operational information between vessels, brokers, charterers and agents
• Maintain account of bunkers on board and plan for optimized uptake for spot market ships
• Monitor and record all details of voyage performance including off-hire, stoppages and delays within the vessel voyage performance report system, including trends / gap analysis
• Identify opportunities within operational practices which influence performance of vessels
• Arrange all routine invoicing and funding for voyage costs, including agency appointments, non- compulsory pilotage and surveyors' attendance

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Strategics management

· Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the institution’s growth objectives and evolving educational landscape.

· Provide insights through market analysis and competitive benchmarking to support leadership decisions.

2. Private Education Compliance Leadership

· Lead and oversee compliance with Singapore’s Private Education regulatory framework, ensuring academic programs and business development initiatives adhere to the required standards.

· Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams on best practices for maintaining Private Education compliance.

3. Academic Partnerships

· Conduct market research to identify education programs aligned with market demand.

· Identify suitable overseas higher education institutions, build strategic partnerships, and cultivate long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• In-depth knowledge and experience with managing Private Education compliance processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in Singapore.
• At least 5 years of experience in academic partnerships, strategic planning, or business development, with a background in the education sector preferred.
• Strong understanding of global higher education markets and programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.

• To assist the Project Manager in managing a construction site in its day to day operations.
• Supervise all construction worker and solve disputes between workers if required.
• To carry out inspection of workers' personal protection equipment and safety gear in order to adhere to the company's safety policies.
• Proven experience as construction foreman In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines.
• Min 2 years of relevant working experience
• Weekend duty is required, must be willing to work 6 days work week.
• Must be willing to work overtime if required.
