This role is responsible for managing and executing employee benefits programs across APAC, ensuring alignment with business objectives, competitiveness, and compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities

• Support the strategic evolution of employee benefit programs, focused on taking care of our people and meeting the needs of a diverse workforce.
• Drive efficiency improvements to optimize the total benefits offering enhancing overall employee experience.
• Assist in the qualitative and quantitative analysis and research on employee benefits related programs including developing key metrics to analyze programs and help shape design decisions using data.
• Drive the reporting processes of APAC benefits program, including budget management, metrics review and reporting"
• Support the implementation of programs including working with the cross functional teams (HRBPs, Benefits Operations, Legal, Payroll, Tax) to develop the implementation strategy and roadmap.

Minimum Qualifications
