Key Responsibilities

• Market company’s entire product range and prospects for customers across assigned territories.
• Manage the entire customer sales cycle, including pre-sales, post-sales, etc.
• Respond to the functional and technical aspects of customers' requests for quotations, enquiries, and orders.
• Responsible for representing products to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, exhibitions, or trade shows.
• Develop sales tactics, set sales targets, and proceed to meet targets set for designated areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to organize work processes.
• Perform timely management reports.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Promoter to sell our products (Ladies Fashionwear) at a leading Orchard Road department store.

We are looking for candidates with :-

• Excellent communication skills and professional attitude

• Highly sales driven is a MUST

• An outgoing, friendly personality, and a desire to meet new people

• Experience in retail sales is a plus

As Sales Promoter, you will engage with customers, promote our products and create positive experiences for everyone who visits our counter.

You will be responsible for display of stocks, re-orders and replenishment and reporting inventory and sales data.

You are expected to work weekends, public holidays and during festive periods when there is higher customer traffic.

Your mission will be to drive sales, build customer loyalty, and represent our brand with passion and enthusiasm.

Candidates with no retail sales experience will not be considered.

Job Types: Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Working hours: Retails hours, 8 hours' shift in between 12 noon-8pm**, 5/6 working days per week

** on festive period/sales event, is required to work longer hours (will be paid accordingly)

Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Provide strategic guidance to the team in crafting tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic initiatives.
Create playbooks over time of our effective consultative sales approach
Consultative Approach:
Ensure the team maintains a consultative approach in understanding client needs, co-creating tailored wellbeing solutions, and delivering value beyond traditional SaaS sales.
Sales Activity, Pipeline Management, and Reporting:
Implement effective sales activity tracking and management processes to ensure consistent progress towards revenue targets.
Oversee the development and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline, identifying opportunities for growth and managing potential risks.
Sales and Target Reporting with CRM Management:
Develop and maintain regular sales reports and dashboards, providing insights into key performance indicators, sales metrics, and progress towards revenue goals.
Oversee our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform management to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement, presenting findings to leadership.
Target Customer, Segments, and Territories Mapping:
Define and refine target customer profiles, market segments, and territories to optimise resource allocation and maximise sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with the team to implement targeted sales strategies for key customer segments.
Internal Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical experts, product development, and other departments, to ensure alignment between client requirements and internal capabilities.
Client Relationship Management:

Requirements
At least 6-10 years of experience in consulting or sales related consulting capacities in consulting firms
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Proven leadership experience in managing a team with a strong focus on consultative sales and solution development.
Background in consulting with experience in implementation and delivery roles.
Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute on a strategic vision for clients.
Strong data driven background with a history of working with numbers and data comfortably to use them to aid your decision making and work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and engage with clients and internal teams.
Ability to balance sales targets with a commitment to delivering impactful solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
