Job Summary

The Assistant Director (Finance) is a key member of the management team. Key Responsibilities:

Financial Oversight and Review:

The incumbent will be responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting, preparing and reviewing monthly and annual financial reports, goods and services tax submissions, and facilitating audits for temples and units administered by Hindu Endowments Board. Compliance and Audit:

Compliance is a key function of this role. It involves conducting internal audits, implementing controls and providing training to temple administrators on financial processes and systems. Additionally, you will provide support for conduct of external and special audits.

Overview

The Retail Operations Manager/ Branch Manager is required to oversee the operations of supermarket stores in Singapore. He/ She is responsible in overseeing and managing the supermarket's operations, inventory requirements and sales level.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated the ability to handle Retail Branch Operations.
• Experience in overseeing and managing the Retail Operations as a whole.
• Experience in handling the Branch's Sales Figures and inventory requirements.
• Good in handling Stock and Operational expenses.
• Strong communication skills and good in liaising with internal departments.

Requirements

• Strong experience in managing the operations of Retail Operation Stores.
• Good in handling the Stocks Inventories, Operational Expenses and Inventories.
• Good in managin Retail Branch Operation and Store Management experience.
• Possess min. 4 years of Retail Branch Operations experience.
• Min. Degree, Diploma or ITE qualification holders in any discipline.

Responsibility:

Main Responsibilities
