2) Prepare, organize, collate and submit all required operational and HR documentation to achieve compliance guidelines and deadlines

3) Forecast, plan, recruit and deploy manpower duties and schedules to meet the site contractual requirements

4) Guide, coach, and inspect daily and ad-hoc cleaning jobs and tasks are performed according to clients expectations and SOPs guidelines

5) Conduct and monitor effective OJT training to all new operations staff based on the training blueprint standards to achieve operational excellence and skillsets

6) Attend to all feedbacks or complaints from clients and take immediate measures to solve the issues and prevent future recurrence

7) To place an order, replenish, monitor, and track cleaning material stock and equipment to achieve minimum wastage

8) Conduct and upkeep proper record of Client's Meeting. Toolbox meeting staff safety Induction and all relevant Workplace Safety & Health documentation

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will includes

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing event strategies aligned with company objectives, targeting key audiences and market segments not just in Singapore but across the region
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of marketing events, including but not limited to trade shows, conferences, seminars, webinars, product launches, and corporate events.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to ensure seamless integration of event initiatives with overall marketing campaigns and business goals.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, negotiating contracts with vendors, venues, and suppliers to optimize resources and deliver high-quality experiences within budget constraints.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement at events, leveraging various channels including email marketing, social media, advertising, and direct outreach.
• Oversee the production of event collateral, signage, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with messaging and objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure speakers, sponsors, and partners for events, fostering strategic relationships to enhance event outcomes and ROI.

Skills and experience required

• Min 2 years of event management experience (physical & virtual) with proven track record in project management and the ability to work in a fast paced environment and within tight deadlines
• Technical skills includes - CRM/ Email Marketing Software, Website Content Management production and platform/tools required.
