Advise stakeholders on cost limits and suggest budget adjustments to avoid overruns.
Perform all duties by CCCC policies, processes, and systems in the development of tender submissions, ensuring alignment with technical requirements, timelines, and business strategies.
Assist and report to the Corporate Estimating Manager on commercial dispute resolution, and project matters

Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying
At least 15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, or commercial roles.

Ability to analyze contractual and legal issues and provide solutions using appropriate problem-solving techniques
