Job Description – Service Engineer (Maintenance Lead)

We are looking for a Service Engineer as Maintenance Lead to lead and supervise the maintenance team in maintaining and managing system hardware and networks at customer site located over Singapore island to meet the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). The Service Engineer shall report to and under the supervisory of the Maintenance Manager (Reporting Officer (RO)). Hiring shall be 1 year services contract via agent arrangement with option to extend or convert to direct outsource or permanent hiring.

Responsibilities

· Assist the RO in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) tasks and devise maintenance schedule and resources planning and deployment.

· Provide solution guidance to the Service Technicians and generation of maintenance documentation such as PM & CM report to RO for review and final release to customer.

The PTO Lead Process Engineer leads new product introductions and the transfer of drug products to other facilities of moderate/high complexity independently and is a coach for his/her colleagues on the commercialization and manufacture of all drug products. He/ she typically will assume the responsibilities of a technical product steward and leads/supports all technical/ process activities (for example) investigations, validation and qualification processes, risk assessments and process safety management activities under his/ her responsibilities. WHAT YOU WILL DO

MAIN RESPONSBILITIES

Identifies and implements strategies for PPQ matrixing, novel technologies and new products etc. Authors PPQ protocols, reports and other associated documentation related to a new product introduction. ∙Technical accredited competency for: Major hardware system vendors (e.g Lenovo, HP &

Dell)

∙Basic programming knowledge e.g. PowerShell and Visual basic scripting

∙Office Productivity tools for writing and presentation skills needs.

∙Knowledge of IT lifecycle management

∙Knowledge of ITSM - Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management,

Asset Management, Patch Management

Your Role

• Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections
• Monitor the performance of subcontractor workers for all trades and ensure any defects are properly rectified
• To participate, work closely and give support to safety personnel at site on all initiatives/ matters relating to Safety and Health
• To comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in construction industry
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams

Review and comment on the implementation of structural safety improvements.

Manage steel structure projects from initial design to final implementation,including budgeting, scheduling,and coordinating with other teams.

Work closely with architects, civil engineers, project managers, and construction teams to integrate structural requirements into overall project design.

Provide structural technical support and manage the technical accuracy of existing structures.

To manage your own and your project teams work to programme, cost and quality requirements.
