Reporting to the National Ground Operations Manager, incumbent will Identify, champion, develop and coordinate programs, in the area of Global Standard Operating Procedure (GSOP). These areas will include GSOP operations audits, toolkits, sharing best demonstrated practice, monitoring global service quality, operational process efficiency and operational cost improvement. • Conduct regular Gemba Reviews and specific audits at the various service centers to ensure compliance before regulatory certification.

• Coordinate First Choice projects e.g. GEMBA reviews.

Requirements:

• 3 years’ experience with exposure to all operations sub functions and, in particular within the PUD environment.
• 2 years in depth understanding of ISO/GSOP auditing techniques within the transportation industry.
• In depth knowledge of DHL Express operations processes preferred.
