Visiting Consultants are appointed in their area of expertises to teach, impart skills in their clinical domain knowledge and to provide consultation, professional advice and clinical services needed by the Department.

•Be in active clinical practice;

• Assess the needs of patients, families, or healthcare providers to provide tailored recommendations for allied health services.
• Work with healthcare providers to create multidisciplinary treatment plans involving allied health professionals.
• Help individuals and families connect with appropriate allied health professionals, such as physical therapists, speech therapists, dietitians, and social workers.
• Educate patients and families about the roles of allied health professionals and the services they provide.
• Providing guidance, expertise, such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and other specialized care.
• Assist familes and helpers in navigating healthcare systems, implementing support services, and ensuring effective outcomes.

· Consultation Service:

Provide tailored consultation to families on the effective management of domestic help, including setting clear expectations and roles.

Advise families on strategies for creating a respectful and professional working environment for domestic helpers.

Offer guidance on addressing and resolving issues related to domestic helpers, including performance management, communication challenges, and conflict resolution.

· Education and Training:

Develop and deliver educational workshops and training sessions for families on best practices for managing domestic help.

Educate families about domestic helper rights and responsibilities, ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.

Provide families with practical tools for managing household tasks, establishing routines, and improving work-life balance for domestic helpers.

· Personalized Family Education Plans:

Assess the unique needs and dynamics of each family and domestic helper arrangement.

Develop personalized education plans for families to improve their management of domestic help and ensure the well-being of all household members.

Offer guidance on setting realistic expectations for both domestic helpers and family members, helping to prevent misunderstandings.

· Support and Follow-up:

Offer ongoing support to families after initial consultations, ensuring they implement the recommendations and strategies discussed.

Conduct regular check-ins with families to monitor progress and address any challenges that arise in managing domestic helpers.

Provide continuous education and resources to families to promote long-term success in domestic help management.

The Global Graduate Program (GGP), Inhouse Consulting:

The Global Graduate Program (GGP) is the company’s career accelerator for high potential professionals who are early in their careers. During the 24-month program, Associates will experience a mix of strategic management-consulting projects, as well as functional rotations in the pharmaceutical, life science and electronics industries. During the program, Associates will have at least one international rotation for up to three months in another country or our Headquarter in Darmstadt; with possibility of an additional international rotation.

About You

• Master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, biotechnology, sciences (chemistry, biology, physics or related). PhD or MBA is a plus.
• 1-2 years of consulting experience from leading strategy consultancies.
• Proven project management skills, including ability to contribute and deliver on consulting projects seamlessly in a largely autonomous work environment.
• Demonstrated functional knowledge across the value chain, including strategy, product development, manufacturing, distribution, sales and marketing etc.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to synthesize details into a clear, structured format.
• Confident personality and excellent communicator with a proactive mindset.
• Global citizen, adaptable and able to work well with people across countries and cultures and desire to establish a global career after the program.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% internationally, including living and working from Darmstadt, Germany, for up to 3 months.
• Experienced using MS Office tools (including Excel, PowerPoint) to deliver work materials and outputs.
• Fluent in English and an additional foreign language.
