Job Description: The role is a client-facing consulting role and requires functional knowledge of the business processes in SAP PS with PP.

• Develop solutions for all business processes in SAP systems.
• With experience in supporting other IT areas as assigned including non-SAP business systems

· To supervise, coordinate and manage work activities of cleaning staff in commercial and industrial establishments

· To assign duties, inspect work performed in accordance with the "Daily Inspection Checklist" to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards

· To train new/existing employees and recommend disciplinary actions where applicable.

· To handle all customers’ feedback

· To ensure good safety practices in the course of work.

· Provide a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the assigned area

· Manage work execution and performance of junior staff.

· Provide adequate training and coach staff to meet the required contractual standards.

· Conduct daily inspections to monitor and evaluate the work undertaken by staff and take immediate corrective measures to improve below standard performance.

· Implement and recommend operation plans to improve work processes and service quality

· Must need to work on Weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the process, functional and technical design in SAP Sales & Distribution projects.
• Conduct workshops to advise and direct their on S/4HANA feasibility.
• Drive end-to-end project activities within the Asia-Pacific region.
• Support pre-sales activities in the Asia-Pacific Region/Global.

Requirements:

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, any other science topic or business.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of SAP Sales & Distribution
• Understanding in integration topics to other modules.
• Hands-on project experience in S/4HANA is an advantage.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.
