Job Description: Assistant IT Manager

Responsibilities

• Analyse business, work with key business stakeholders to incorporate IT applications and operation processes with technology solutions.
• Project management, tracking, monitoring and status reporting to stakeholders. Defining deliverables, resources and workplans for projects. Ensuring the timely delivery of projects.
• Assist the department head in organising, planning and implementing IT strategies.

Requirements

• Strong technical skills and knowledge in IT infrastructure areas which includes Microsoft 365 Implementations and Deployments, Directory Services (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory), messaging and collaboration technologies (e.g. Microsoft Teams), Network infrastructure (e.g. LAN and WAN network routing). Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS cloud infrastructure would be advantageous.
• Experience in setting up ticketing systems like JIRA, DevOps, etc

Description

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for both demand and supply partnership acquisition. Partnering with companies and executing strategies for new demand and supply partnerships to drive revenue growth and high safety and service levels across MK Global. The Partnership Manager will be working to acquire larger supply partners to manage the Chauffeur jobs. This role will have revenue goals based on maintaining and growing current business as well as securing upsell opportunities and be on the lookout for tenders and any opportunities that will arise. The profitability goals are based on working with high quality and good priced partners. As such, this person will proactively identify, develop, and support revenue and profit growth opportunities while building a relationship of trusted advisor for demand partners and suppliers.

Job Scope

• Build relationships and develop strategies for new supply and demand partnerships
• Identify new sources of revenue generating opportunities with each demand partner and present directly to demand partners
• Identify and onboard new demand and supply partners, including contract negotiation work, technical integration support, and establishing a mutual beneficial relationship

Requirements

· Bachelor's/Undergraduate Degree/Diploma in any science discipline, food engineering, food science, chemical engineering with at least 7 years relevant working experience as a hands-on Sensory Scientist / Panel Manager in the tobacco industry or related

· With a proven track record in leading Flavor projects, categories, you possess strong Flavor creation, innovation, and development technical know-how in a B2B or B2C environment. Ideally you should have strong interest in evaluating new raw materials and assessing potential for future use in creating new flavors and also experience in working in a team-oriented environment collaborating with cross-functional teams locally/regionally.

· You are the technical expert to identify potential risks and develop creative solutions to address technical flavor issues.
