Responsibilities:

• Point of contact to suppliers, customers and forwarders for shipment delivery to various regions
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers to meet customers demand and avoid production line stop
• Provide customers with best delivery solutions in an efficient and cost effective way
• Close monitor with forwarders for sailing schedule to ensure smooth and on-time cargo delivery
• Manage day-to-day logistics operations
• Effectively address and resolve shipment and logistics issues
• Process Purchases Orders accurately and order tracking in accordance with customer fulfilment
• Update system database for all order transactions
• Handle proper maintenance of documentations
• Collaborate with Operations Support team to ensure proper shipping documents
• Compliance with all relevant rules and regulations

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain and logistics
• We are looking for a candidate who possess the following skills:
  o Basic knowledge in Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc.)
  o Microsoft Office Proficiency
