Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Industrial or any related field

• At least have 3 years of working experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the design timeline and make sure the work is completed in compliance with the contract and laws.
• Examine, evaluate, look into, and create the design. Create technical documentation and guidelines in accordance with the specified budget,
• As new designs and products are being developed, prepare engineering documents (technical specifications, calculations, drawings, etc.).
• Create new drawings, revisions to existing drawings, parts lists, and change orders.
• Analyze the effects of the arrangement and illustrations.
• In collaboration with the Ship Design Authority, plan and coordinate any necessary design modifications.
• Using specified test protocols from the technical database, test and validate the technical interfaces for the work completed.
• Communicate with the Ship Design Authority and ship owners to get their approval for the engineering deliverables.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 1-2 years experience in Electrical Design Engineering or Naval Engineering Officer
• Stay up to date on military, industrial, and naval classification rules that are pertinent to design work.
• Project Management Skills in Engineering Design is highly advantageous

Job Description & Requirements

• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance to the Project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To be overall in charge of the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s) in performing their duties on site so that they can provide satisfactory supervision and to take responsibility of their work and performance.
• To oversee in all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting record of works, materials, equipment at site, attending meetings, keeping minutes of meetings and discussions, assisting in the co-ordination of Contractor’s works with Consultants and any external parties like neighbouring contractors and utility companies.

Requirements:

• Minimally a Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
• Candidate must be a registered Resident Engineer with BCA.
• At least 6 years site supervisory experience in LTA projects.
• Must be literate in English and have a good knowledge to use computer, computer software, e.g. Microsoft
