2. The Three (3) Onshore IT System/Business Analysts proposed by the Contractor shall have at least 3 years of IT experience and the following qualifications and experiences:

a) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information/ Infocom Technology, or related discipline would be preferred;

b) Strong knowledge in application support and maintenance and possesses hands-on’ knowledge and experience in end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle;

c) Experience in IT project implementation, specifically on user requirements gathering, IT business analysis, applic1ation solutioning, UI/UX design and using automated testing software such as Tricentis TOSCA would be an added advantage;

d) Experience in the following would be advantageous:

i. Cloud platform and technology;

Routine Operation
