Job Scope:

· To assist Fumigator in carrying out fumigation & pest control services in accordance with regulatory requirements

· Notify Supervisor immediately of all incidents which are of material importance to the company such as accidents/near-misses/safety breaches/customer complaints followed by written report

· Check and ensure that all material/equipment/resources required for the day's work is available in the vehicle and in good working condition

· Always maintain sufficient stock of supplies and to submit requisition for replenishment if stock runs low.

· Maintain all equipment on board the vehicle in good working condition and to report damages/uncalibrated items immediately

· To ensure accurate reporting of fumigant stock in the vehicle at the end of each working day

· To be able to manage client's expectations and requests at work site and perform decision making if the team is able to accede to the demands within their limits, else TL will need to escalate to the Supervisor

Requirement:

1.) Driver’s License (Class 3) Required

2.) Vector Control Technician Licence

3.) Completed the following training

a.) Forklift Driver’s Licence

b.) Scissor lift Certificate

c.) Basic First Aid Course Certificate

d.) WAH Supervisor Certificate

4.) Fluency in spoken & written English

5.) Good planning and time management skills

6.) Physically Fit

7.) Ability to work in Teams, and supervise junior technicians and assistants

Job Description

• Assist the Supervisor with General Repairs, Installations, Technical Services, Maintenance and Equipment.
• Support technical services and perform troubleshooting to identify and solve issues.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company guidelines during tasks.

Job Requirements

Job Description:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be required to:

· Carry out fumigation at clients’ sites in accordance with local and internal regulatory standards

· Provide guidance to clients on the integrated pest management standards

· Handle fumigants daily

· Working hours are every Mon-Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) and Sat (half day)

· Be prepared to work outdoors

Minimum requirements:

Pre-requisites:

· Fumigation Trainees: Entry-level, no experience required

· Fumigation Workers: NEA Pest Control Cert required

· Fumigation Technicians: NEA Pest Management Cert required

· Work closely with HR for digitalization and transformation of information system across all departments.

· Involve in full project lifecycle, from implementation to post Go-live support.

· Participate actively in working groups, collaborating with project members in the HRIS implementation project.

· Involve in data migration activities from on premise to Success Factors.

· Develop reports; perform complex data manipulation and aggregation of data from multiple HR data sources.

· Build automated solutions that improve efficiency and productivity while reducing defects.

· Partner with IT and other cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless automation.

· Explore and drive adoption of information system across the HR department.

· Play the role of a Change Agent to streamline and optimize HR processes through the use of technology.

· Perform post-implementation support including troubleshooting, system re-configuration and adjustments as and when required.

· Monitoring and supervision of the Systems Department.

· Oversees full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to compensation, benefits, performance and talent management, recruitment and training and development.

· Responsible for the full-cycle of recruitment processes and employee on-boarding/off-boarding activities

· Organize and support employee engagement and welfare activities

· Support key compensation and benefit activities such as Salary Increment, Performance Bonus, Promotion and Manpower Budgeting exercise

· Oversees and carry out the daily HR administrative and operational works.

· Formalizing of policies relating to IT, Planning & Implementation and IT related projects.

· Act as point person for upgrades/releases, fixes, testing and other projects as assigned.

· Provide ongoing support for daily user issues.

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.

· Minimum 10 years’ experience in Information systems working for construction sector/industry.
