Job Purpose: Support OCM service effort and standalone client engagements as a OCM Practitioner, providing full OCM lifecycle activities and contribute as a thought leader to the development of client's Organizational Change Management (“OCM”) Practice.
Position Summary: This position has two directives; one is to design, execute and serve as a trusted advisor on client engagements (approximately 80%), and the other is to collaborate on the design and ongoing support of the OCM Practice (20%), creative part of the role.
Essential OCM Role Duties:
· Provide thought leadership internally and to our customers as a OCM Manager/Advisor
· This role will collaborate with our clients to advise, coach, and lead stakeholders throughout the change lifecycle.
· Drive business value and benefits realization outcomes through design and management of measurable change management and business transformation outcomes
· Take responsibility for a large complex migration, liaising with executive stakeholders and managing the demand of business transformation resources
· Lead and drive OCM activities, align with project management activities, and identify, document and report on account risks and issues (RAID Log)
Detailed OCM Responsibilities :
· Design the overarching OCM Strategy and Governance
· Conduct Change Impact Assessments
· Document key areas of change impacts per stakeholder groups to understand key inputs into building the OCM plans
· Document current state and future state business processes to understand change impact on individuals and teams
· Design and execute the Sponsor Roadmap and Coaching Activities
· Design and execute a Stakeholder Analysis Assessment
· Conduct stakeholder analysis and communications to obtain awareness, understanding, buy-in, and support
· Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, leadership engagement, change readiness, performance, and adoption
· Develop and deploy user adoption/training tactics to support technology implementations
· Design and execute the Change Agent/Change Champions Framework
· Design and execute the Communications and Engagement Plan for an IT system implementation.
· Create strategic communications materials and campaigns to better inform users of upcoming releases and/or changes to the business and systems environments
· Design and execute the Resistance Management Plan
· Design and execute the Coaching Plan
· Design and execute the Measurement Framework
· Design and execute the Training Plan
Client and Team Advisory Skills:
· Apply industry leading tools and frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter, ADDIE, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, PMI, etc.) to support people as they adapt to changes in standard business processes and adopt new tools and systems to perform their jobs
· Define activities to support change and transition initiatives, in varying client engagements across multiple industries
· Provide recommendations that help to adapt to culture changes, business practices, physical environments, roles, responsibilities, policies, and procedures
· Facilitate presentations to large audiences and executive stakeholders
Minimum Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of five (5+) years of experience with management consulting or IT consulting firm; or similar industry, with a deep focus on OCM
· Must have at least one of the technical skills noted
i. Worked on SAP Programs, Project with an emphasis on ECC and S4/Hana
ii. MS Dynamics 365
· Must have and a proven expertise in Organizational Change Management, for full end to end OCM lifecycle of activities.
· Strong oral and written communication skills that including solid presentation skills
· Must have solid knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Power Apps, Project, Word and Excel)
· Experience with industry ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Zen Desk, Qualtrics and MS Power BI)
