You will provide direct nursing care and ensure quality care is delivered. You will also provide guidance to patients and caregivers on the prescribed care and treatment. In addition, you willparticipate in quality improvement projects to improve patient care delivery.

Requirements

· National ITE Certificate in Nursing

· Enrolled with the Singapore Nursing Board

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Able to perform 3 rotating shifts

Responsibilities:

• Managing and development of business related companies in the Southeast and South Asia region
• Leading the strategies for P&L, operations with goal performance and planning for the region and business targets to grow profitability
• Work closely with Management team from Japan HQ and regional local management
• Results orientated and high business acumens
• Good channel management skillset
• Maintaining consistency in policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification Bachelor in Business/Management or relevant field
• Minimum 12 years' experience managing and develop regional operations in the FMCG environment
• Understanding and in-depth knowledge of Asian FMCG market
• Ability to work with diverse nationality and culture from high level management to operational teams

You will also orientate and guide the junior nurses to provide optimal care to meet desired patient outcomes and experiences. In addition, you will assist in resource management as well as participate actively in quality improvement projects to improve patientcare delivery.

· Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
