What you will be working on

Manage Facility:

• Ensuring that the facility is in compliance with GMP regulations. This includes developing and implementing procedures and processes, maintaining accurate and up to date records and documentation, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance, reporting incidences and preparing reports and data as required by management or to regulatory authorities.
• Assist to manage equipment- and system-related investigations, CAPAs, deviations change controls and to review records.

(h) Manage inter-library loans and document delivery services to meet the Authority’s information needs, fulfilling requests within five (5) working days, subject to title availability.

(i) Coordinate with relevant divisions on facilities management, IT, and security issues.

(j) Handle any other library-related administrative tasks assigned by the Authority’s Appointed Representative.

Requirements for Ideal Candidate:

Diploma in any discipline

At least ten (10) years of relevant experience working in libraries of similar capacity.

Experience in a law library would be advantageous.

Certificate in Library and Information Management is preferred.

Job Description:

You will handle patient accounts receivable transactions involving journal postings, payment reconciliation, outstanding accounts review and follow-up. You will support front desk duties in cashiering, attending to patient enquiries on bills, claims, payment and financial assistance applications. Other responsibilities include computation of statistical information for analysis, checking of document completeness, maintaining secured document keeping, providing administrative support to the department and perform any other duties as assigned.
