When a guest walks into any of our rooms – imagine that first impression they take. Followed by that sigh of relief because they’ve arrived at their home away from home, be it for a night or a week, and it’s perfect. Everything is exactly in its place.
Fresh linens, perfectly placed pillows. A sparkling mirror and every detail add up to an experience our guest-plorers feel great about because they know they’re in good hands while residing with us. That’s the impact you make with your efforts.
WHAT YOU DO
To get started right away:
• Daily make-up rooms
• Replace guest amenities and supplies in the room/ or upon requests
• Remove trash, dirty linens, and towels.
• Greet guests and take care of their requests
• Dust, polish and remove stains
• Vacuum carpet and floor care duties
• Report Lost & Found items to reception promptly
• Report to Housekeeping Manager when there are any defects needed for rectification
Requirements:
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in a similar capacity
• Candidates without relevant working experience may apply, training will be provided
• An applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays is ideal.
• Knowledgeable in the requirements and standards of basic cleaning and hygiene
• Positive working attitude and willingness to learn
• Meticulous and able to multi-task
• Team player with good interpersonal skills
