Promotion of compliance and provision of overall legal services for Mitsubishi Electric's group companies in Asia and Oceania

(1) Implementation of compliance measures (in particular, measures related to the prevention, detection, and recurrence prevention of acts of violation of competition laws, bribery, and misconduct)

(2) Assistance in concluding contracts (review and negotiation of drafts)

(3) Prevention and resolution of disputes and litigation

(4) Planning and conducting periodical training sessions on legal and compliance issues

Your Skills

(1) English and Japanese language skills is required for negotiations and coordination with Mitsubishi Electric and its group companies, and ability to write and understand business documents

(2) Expert legal knowledge, experience and actual results required to promote business development of group companies, and prevent and resolve problems

(3) Ability to coordinate with Mitsubishi Electric and its group companies necessary to carry out legal and compliance duties

Your Profile

You will support the Development Secretariat and Hospital Planning Committee (HPC) to set up the Biomedical Engineering (BME) department and ensure project execution, budget and quality of the development are in accordance with the established programme. This will include end-user briefings, operations requirements, systems design with technology partners, establish guidelines and project timelines. You will lead in the development and review of related policies and procedures to ensure compliance against regulatory framework. In addition, you will ensure optimal utilisation of financial and manpower resources and liaise with key stakeholders on procurement requirements for the projects. You will also support, participate and lead in BME cluster shared service key initiatives and workgroups.

Requirements

• Recognised degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 12 years of related work experience in hospital operations, preferably in a healthcare sector
• Knowledge and skill in design thinking, change management, project management, technology adoption and process methodologies
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage various stakeholders in a fluid environment and a growing organisation
• Team player, highly motivated and action-oriented with excellent planning, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Able to work under pressure, adapt to change and manage challenges
