Project Administrative

1. Telecom based Project document management and document coordination for seeking approvals inclide submissions
2. Communicating with ground operation team, client and building facility management for work access and further applications
3. Permit to work applications for operation and surveys
4. SP Electrical applications and Application processings include coordination with all 3rd parties and managements
5. Collect site information and prepare proposal and submitt to client for approvals
6. Collect site information and prepare Standard asbuilt submitt to relavent authorities
7. Collect fiber optic and data cable reports and keep track of project related all test report document regardless of electrical and datacabling works
8. Apply project CAR insurances and keep track
9. Propose and submitt all kind of project related access for work areas

Job specifications:

To support multiple project in telecom sector and other industrial sector such project related applictions, administrations, keep track of files, ptw submissions and seekeing approvals, liaising with partners and 3rd party managements and contractors, collect all data from engineer/operation team and prepare proposal and asbuilt document in standard practice. candidate must be able to communicate with client, office/shoppingmall/goverment agency facility managements for all access applications. Candidate must be also able to support internal teams required document and provide timley support to operation teams on ground thru tele or email communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out proper procedures & preparations for drafting for the different stages of issue & authority submission of the project assigned.
• To perform M&E system design and calculations for assigned projects
• Production of shop-drawings and as-built drawings, including BIM models if required - Create cell & compound cell for Electrical Equipment (Eg. Panel, lighting, switch & SO etc)
• Place of cable tray/ladder in electrical model
• Telecommunication Equipment drawings
• Create AutoCAD Drawings
• Generate other 2D drawings such as plan, section & elevation from 3D model
• Manage 3D Modelling - Developing and updating drawings with BIM and CAD softwares (Bentley Open Building Design or Bentley MicroStation V8i)
• Document control of submissions (Technical data, shop-drawings, as-built)
• Draw/Amend/Update/using AutoCAD according to specs, co-ordinate with project department
• Support Project Design Team in managing RFIs
• Develop shop drawings according to the schedule and Achieve the drawing submission schedule
• Other duties as and when assigned.
• Create and refine drawings with AutoCAD, including proposed layouts, detailed plans, and records of built structures.
• Help organize and document various project aspects.
• Take on additional drafting tasks as needed by the Tender/ Project Team.
• Carry out general office duties, handle phone calls, emails, and deal with letters and paperwork.
• Work together with team members and lend support wherever needed.
• Monitor office supplies and reorder stock when required.
• Support the Project Team with administrative tasks like producing and laminating of signages, printing of OMM materials etc.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Understand the Singapore CP83 standard
• Understanding of Autocad & BIM Dimensions – 2D, 3D, 4D, 5D & 6D code
• Other certificate or hands on experience in Navisworks, Aecosim, Autocad will be advantageous
• Autocad Experience is mandatory
• Good interpersonal skills, initiative and positive working attitude
• Able to commit 5.5 days work week
