THE ROLE

In April 2025 MetaSport is delivering the Singapore T100 event in partnership with the Professional Triathletes Association. This world-class event will be held at Marina Bay, and televised worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Identify vendors for events, utilities, furniture, equipment, programmatic supplies and other necessary office services in accordance with event related requirements.
• Execute procurement tasks for all procuring equipment and services
• Coordinate and ensure that all project related requirements are reviewed and approved before ordering
• Maintain records of all transactions, ensuring that an efficient filing system for records of all quotations, procurement process, copies of records of expenditure, receiving reports, receipts, local order forms, etc. are kept accountable and easily accessible.
• Coordinate and monitor the deliveries and ensure through established procedures that all received goods/services are delivered in a timely manner.
• Responsible for project property control and inventory management; keeps records of controlled and managed equipment in the warehouse where necessary.

• Event Flow Management: Ensure smooth operation of events, managing the schedule and addressing any issues that arise on the day.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
• Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests
• Remaining under budget with all costs
• Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
• Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
• Logistics & Coordination: Handle event logistics, including venue setup, equipment, materials, and any required permits.
• Event Setup & Teardown: Oversee the setup of the venue before events and coordinate clean-up or teardown afterward.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and services.
• Ad-hoc Duties: Assist with other event-related tasks as needed.

Job Scope:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide sales and administrative support for assigned events.
• Events management and operations including pre-event preparation, on-site execution, and post event closing.
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Handle client enquiries and requests
• Ensure the projects are implemented according to client’s expectation.
• Liaise with clients on project requirements and design concepts for events or exhibition.
• Generate ideas and concepts with team members.
• Liaise with in-house and client’s designers on 2D/3D visual design proposals, submission and approval.
• Prepare proposal and quotation, generate budget, and cost analysis upon completion of projects.
• Conduct site inspections and survey.
• Coordinate with event venues operator on set-up and logistic arrangements.
• Events logistics planning with internal & external team members for setup and tear down.
• Manage timeline, production and setup schedules.
• Coordinating with external vendors for audio, video and lightings setup.
• Submission of risk assessments and permits and ensure safety requirements at event venues.
• Administrative duties and manage other matters as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma in events management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in MICE/Event Management industry.
• Good business acumen skills with the ability to execute budget and costing analysis in developing appropriate pricing strategies to identify opportunities and evaluate potential outcomes.

• Possess technical knowledge in conceptual design drawing, floor plan, furniture, material, and finishing will be an added advantage.

Position Objective

The Social Media and Marketing Executive will be responsible for the Company’s social media platforms which includes monitoring user engagement and analysing feedback on a regular basis. This role will involved in developing and implementing marketing strategies, and create captivating content for all social media platforms to enhance audience engagement and drive business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop social media strategies, marketing plans and content calendars to promote the services of the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates.
• Manage and maintain the Company’s media platforms including websites, Instagram, FaceBook, and email/CRM software, marketing communications, promotion, etc.
• Participate in the lifecycle of video and social media content production, covering pre-production, production, and post-production phases, which includes incorporating music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Perform 2D & 3D Motion graphics
• Generate creative contents and ideas for video and social media projects; including 2D & 3D motion graphics.
• Ideate and develop promotional messages or branding content to execute new marketing ideas and drive business goals.
• Communicate with agents and external parties to generate new marketing strategies.
• Research, identify new market opportunities and execute to increase revenue.
• Manage social media platforms and audience bases to enhance market presence.

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in relevant field, such as media production and design.
• Proven experience in digital marketing e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TiKTok and Youtube.
• Relevant skills and competencies e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, Copywriting, Videography and Graphic Design.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics tools e.g. Google Analytics and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
