Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging and shareable content (posts, images, videos) tailored to each social media platform.
• Monitor social media channels for trending topics, audience engagement, and feedback.
• Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
• Assist in analyzing social media metrics and performance to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Support the planning and execution of social media contests, giveaways, and promotions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field from a Polytechnic or University.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual content.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
