Overview

As the Strategic Communication Associate, you are responsible for developing compelling content to achieve different communication and marketing objectives. You will also be managing client’s projects and the agency’s relationship with the clients.

Your work covers three broad areas:

1. Content development and campaign management

2. Project management

3. Account management

Responsibilities

1) Content Development and Campaign Management

· Write, edit and proofread different content types such as social media posts and feature stories

· Develop content and campaign concepts

· Manage development of campaign deliverables

· Monitor and evaluate campaign performance

2) Project Management

· Oversee implementation of project plan

· Plan and manage project/campaign schedule to ensure timely and effective completion of deliverables

· Identify relevant resource options and manage vendors or partners

· Manage project administration, budget and expenses

· Prepare report in relations to development and performance of assigned projects

3) Account Management

· Foster productive and effective client liaison, communication, and relationship management

· Establish and ensure clear and efficient account management processes between all concerned parties (eg: creative and production teams, third-party vendors, client’s organisation)

Requirements & Expectations

• Diploma or degree in communication, journalism, public relations or related field
• Good writing and communication skill is a must

Mandatory Skill-set

• Create engaging and shareable content for B2B audiences, including thought leadership articles, infographics, client success stories, and industry updates;

The Digital Media Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to achieve our brand's objectives. This role focuses on creating, managing, and analyzing content across social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and enhance customer engagement. The Digital Media Marketing Manager will work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
   Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to drive customer acquisition and retention.

   Conduct A/B testing and apply findings to improve ad performance.
   
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Content Marketing:Optimize web content to improve organic search rankings and enhance user experience.
   Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and product descriptions.
   Track and analyze site traffic, conversions, and bounce rates to inform content strategy.
   
5. Analytics & Reporting:Utilize digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance.
   Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve marketing efforts.
   Create regular reports for leadership on key metrics, ROI, and conversion rates.
   
6. Collaborations & Partnerships:Identify and develop partnerships with influencers, media partners, and digital content creators to expand brand reach.
   Coordinate joint marketing efforts with other departments, such as sales and product development.
   
7. Market Research & Trend Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing tools and techniques.

Senior Event Manager

The Senior Event Manager will work on simultaneous projects and is responsible for the overall development, planning, production, operations, execution and delivery of meetings, incentive travel, conferences, exhibitions and special events.

Role & Responsibilities

· Work with clients and internal stakeholders to develop successful and memorable events.

· Develop and present proposals, including timelines, budgets and event deliverables.

· Receive, prepare, and conduct external and internal briefings and work-in-progress meetings.

· Allocate tasks and manage the team ensuring that all timelines, budgets and deliverables are met.

· Facilitate creative direction including digital elements of an event.

· Prepare, present, manage, track, reconcile and report budgets.

Event Manager

The Event & Registration Manager is self-motivated and works on simultaneous projects with the event management team on the overall development, planning, execution and delivery of activations and projects such as events, exhibitions, conferences, creative insights, production and digital broadcasts. He/she is required to manage work with the project team on daily operations and client management.

Role & Responsibilities

To complete individually based on event requirement and scale, on the following:

• Develop and implement registration, accommodation, flights and transportation related strategies from pre- to post-event

• Create and execute proposals with internal and external stakeholders as well as vendors on the event requirements, with high priority on attendee experience and satisfaction

• Implement test plans for website and applications to fine tune elements for a better user experience, and identify and propose solutions for possible logic flaws

• Curate content for use in eDMs or social media copies for event marketing purpose, along with planning, coordinating and implementing telemarketing, email or social media marketing strategies

• Generate high-efficiency report templates (not limiting to Excel and PowerPoint formats) which suit the needs of each stakeholder

• Demonstrate proficiency in handling registration platforms and applications

• Plan and allocate resources for pre-event, onsite execution and post-event, ensuring timely delivery of milestones planned out for each project

• Manage and negotiate contracts for third-party vendors, including but not limiting to registration platform, supplies, hotel accommodation, etc

• Assist in all facets of hospitality requirements for event VIPs and key stakeholders when required

• Perform other roles & responsibilities as requested based on business needs

What You Need to Succeed

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the MICE industry or related experience

• Candidates with prior experience in events management, platform management and/or customer servicing preferred

• Confident that you are up for challenges (and late nights too)

• Excellent eye for detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a flair in customer servicing

• Ability to work well individually and as a team

• Have the capacity to work under pressure and within tight timelines
