Activity Planning and ExecutionDevelop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children, including camps, monthly events, daily activities, and workshops.
Operational SupportAssist in maintaining the smooth operation of the facility.
Cover shifts as needed to support the overall operations of the children's program.
Customer InteractionAttend to phone calls, emails, and walk-ins promptly.
Handle reservations and address Member's queries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Administrative TasksPerform administrative duties related to the children's program.
Ad Hoc ResponsibilitiesUndertake ad hoc tasks and side duties as assigned by the Member Services Manager.
Job Requirements
Minimum 'N' Level
Possess at least 2 years of customer service experience.
Able to work on shift hours, including weekends and Public Holidays.
Good communication, interpersonal and Microsoft skills.
