As a Social Media Manager with The Purest Group, you will work closely with our Content Strategists to execute creative ideas aligned with the brand guidelines and standards, engaging the user while staying true to the brand vision.

You should be familiar with the basic principles of various social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc.), have a good eye for design, be capable of working under pressure, and have strong attention to detail. Roles and Responsibilities

Account Management:

Event Management:

• Attentively service clients, by understanding and responding to clients in a perceptive, relevant, and confident manner.

• Help plan an event in accordance with client objectives and requirements, and proactively identify and address gaps and potential problems based on the venue’s capability.

• Events management from roundtable, conference, hospitality and appreciation events.

• Project Management, Budgeting and Post Report are being manage end to end.

• Negotiate and liaise with third-party vendors/caterers for quotations and event setup requirements

• Work as part of a team to execute events flawlessly, troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site, and also manage and service clients throughout.

• Acquire a good understanding of company capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to the client

• Provides regular updates on all account activities, including project status and inquiries, on a weekly basis.

Job Description:

We are looking for an Event Project Manager who will be responsible for making sure that Event Organizers have a smooth experience using GEVME throughout the entire journey of their virtual events. A successful candidate is one who is able to respond well under pressure and has both skills and experience in Project Management in an event setting.

Responsibilities:

The GEVME Event Project Manager must perform various functions:-

• Meet clients to gather project specifications
• Define the scope of the project, roles, and responsibilities along with various stakeholders
• Occasionally participate in pre-sales advisory and scoping to the Sales Team on proposals and pitches for business
• Maintain project time frames, estimates, and status reports
• Responsible for the management of complex problems and the development of processes for scheduling and administration
