SENIOR DIGITAL MARCOMM EVENT EXECUTIVE/MANAGER

Job Summary

Unlocking ADHD (UA) is seeking a Senior MarCom Events Executive/Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing UA’s digital fundraising and marketing strategy and events across the different channels of engagement and conversion and lead generation. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organised, creative, and familiar with digital and social media marketing platforms. Previous experience working in or with non-profit organizations or foundations in the social impact sector would be a bonus.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to utilise SEO strategies to implement UA communications plans that increase brand awareness and promote our organisation's services/products to the target demographics/stakeholders/communities
• Plan and implement SEO and SEM strategies to drive fundraising and marketing through digital and social media channels
• Develop EDM strategy to engage donors, volunteers and users and subscribers of UA services
• Ability to use data analytics to drive ongoing digital and social media campaigns

The Assistant / Event Services Manager is in charge of various group and catering (social / corporate / wedding) businesses.

What will I be doing?

As the Assistant / Event Services Manager, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Communicate effectively with the Sales & Catering team members responsible for booking various group and catering businesses, as well as all other department staff members who will be involved in carrying out the needs of a group/guests.
• Ensure that all bookings are focused to yield maximum revenue per available function room.
