The J.P. Morgan Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Events team works in partnership with all lines of business to plan, execute and support primarily clients, and some internal conferences and events.

Event teams are located in key markets in APAC, EMEA, NA and LatAm and comprise experienced event professionals with the specialized expertise and supplier relationships to execute events to the highest standard while closely managing costs.

As part of the Strategic Event Marketing team based in Singapore, the successful candidate will work with senior management, manager and colleagues on all event-related responsibilities from inception to execution, including event plans, venue research, event proposals, budget management and event-related reporting. The successful candidate will have significant exposure and interaction with senior management, will be required to have a thorough understanding of business strategy and goals, and be equipped with strategic, financial and project management skills to support the firm to increase client business/deepen existing client relationships. The successful candidate will also be expected to partner effectively with colleagues at all levels and from other functions including Lines of Businesses, Legal, Compliance, Marketing & Communications teams, sales & bankers, product partners and senior management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead event initiatives in the region, partnering with lines of businesses, marketing and functions to develop impactful events aligned to business strategy
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with confidence in being an ambassador to internal clients. Ability to interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across Lines of Businesses
• Hands-on self-starter with strong project management and team player skills, and flexibility to support team members with their events and also manage an event on an end-to-end basis. Candidate must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple tasks
• Manage external vendors and venues as well as the end-to-end process of event planning, ranging from event briefs, research, approvals, invitee & speaker management, venue set-up, event design, onsite support, production management (audio-visual, virtual event management), budget management and post-event analysis.
• Adhere to internal policies and procedures with regards to reporting activities and spend, compliance regulations, approval processes and ensuring appropriate documentation is in place
• Accurately maintain Events database which includes (but is not limited to) event metrics, budgets, invoicing, ticketing and event collateral

The ideal candidate:

• Degree in Events, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Hotel Management, or a related degree is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event planning and management/execution, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and project management skills with the ability to confidently lead and manage events on an end-to-end basis
• Client-focused, highly organized and process-oriented with the ability to manage multiple and competing deadlines
• Confidence to be an ambassador to internal management with the ability to forge strong relationships, interact, influence and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and across Lines of Businesses
• Ability to work both autonomously and as a team player with proven ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and accurate manner. Effectively collaborate with team members, vendors and internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Senior Social Media Analyst

As a Senior Social Media Analyst supporting our client - one of the largest technology brands, you’ll play a pivotal role in owning measurement and analysis of their social booster campaigns and how it fits in the broader social marketing campaigns. 

Your primary focus will be creating engaging and cutting-edge social strategies targeted toward consumers.  You will work across several of our client's products and consumer apps in APAC to deliver methodological and intelligent campaign performance insight reports. You’ll also bridge the country, regional and global teams. It’s imperative to be a self-starter, dynamic with a can-do attitude. This opportunity would suit someone knowledgeable and skilled in marketing measurement, Social Media and Analytics, with solid spreadsheet skills and a love of data and interested in exploring new ways of using data to drive business value. 

Role: 

• Lead campaign measurement reporting from Earned, Owned and Paid Social data for the local market and/or product teams. 
• Set up, maintain and develop social listening databases across key markets and products for establishing relevant baselines.
• Implement a consistent campaign measurement framework that can be scaled using regional and global best practices
• Uncover data-based insights, drive experiments with marketing teams and iterate to find winning strategies in Social
• Translate complex analytics to easy-to-understand and engaging recommendations for internal marketing teams and relevant agencies working on Social

You:

• 6 years+  of experience in an advertising, digital, or social media agency or in technology companies as a social media analyst, measurement analyst, digital marketing or marketing analyst
• Understanding that social media data is inherently messy and largely irrelevant. Our job is to find what matters, and we can learn from it.
• Relevant skills in working with social listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch) and developing clean boolean.
• Understand the best marketing analytics tools available for audience behaviour and campaign data.
• A keen interest in data-driven marketing and understanding the important role data plays in campaigns or always-on strategy.
• Capable of visualizing data and quickly producing charts and graphs that tell and story to our team and internal marketers.

Rapid Response Social Media Measurement Analyst

We are looking for a Social Media Measurement Analyst to join our team and work on our technology client. The analyst will identify, monitor, escalate, and report emerging social media trends. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to quantify conversations about the brand, recommend optimisations, and scale the program across different products and regions. They will also play a crucial role in identifying, monitoring, and reporting on reputational issues on social media. As this role includes a large element of rapid response, you may be expected to work sporadically outside of your regular working hours. 

Role:

Trend Monitoring and Reporting

• Manage proactive monitoring systems to identify and respond to emerging social media trends using Brandwatch, Sprinklr, NewsWhip, and Tubular.
• Collaborate with agency teams to monitor social trends and insights, participating in a 24/7 on-call system and sharing findings internally. 
• Produce clear insights and action items for product teams through daily reports during significant trend volumes.
• Translate complex analytics into actionable recommendations for internal marketing teams and agencies.
• Lead discussions on Social campaign measurement (with a focus on Earned & Owned Social) between marketing teams and agencies.

Social-First Operations and Infrastructure

• Develop and maintain central Social-First operations to enable program success.

This is an entry-level role that sits within our Activation specialism which provides campaign analysis for our clients, who are among the world’s largest advertisers working with data collection and deliverables for Value Track, Benchmarking and Agency Selection via GMP365 platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collection and processing of data, which involves liaising with media agencies to organise and co-ordinate the data supply. Media performance analysis, collating and interpreting data.
• Regular contact with agencies to gather data and respond to their feedback.
• Organising and comparing data, checking and analysing discrepancies between audited data. Provide accurate analysis using internal company tools and/or Excel.
• Analysis of media campaigns vs. guarantees across cost and quality KPI's on different media channels including TV, Digital, OOH, Radio and Print.
• Creating presentations to assist with the deliverables to our clients.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• You will be fluent in English. English is essential for daily communication.
• Your education ideally has been focused on marketing, advertising, business administration or similar.
