Qualifications:

• Experience in event planning and project management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, content management, and PR analytics tools.

ROLE

The Internal Communication Specialist is responsible for building and enhancing the brand and business within the Global Markets Technology team. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping communication strategies that drive engagement and collaboration.

What You’ll Be Doing (ie. Job Duties):

• Provide leadership and oversight by setting communications directions, strategy, and operating model within the Global Markets Technology team
• Identify, maintain and optimize communication channels to facilitate effective country, regional and global communication delivery across the team
• Support leadership team in crafting key messages and presentations for internal events and initiatives.
• Execute program-level reporting on all communications-supported projects, programs & initiatives and maintain visibility to key dates, decisions, milestones, and issues
• Develop formats, methods and styles to communicate impactful operational status updates to key stakeholders across the organization
• Measure the success of communications using insights and analytics and adjust approach to meet organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

• Experience in financial services and/or technology in a global and multicultural organization is advantageous.
• Experience working with Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) and Trading data

As Internal EUC Communication Coordinator, you will manage the internal communications from IT to end users in Singapore and APAC region and participate in the project to well manage stakeholders to promote bi-directional communications between IT and end users.

You will work as a good communicator and presenter to the stakeholders from not limited to own department but end- user department, security, operation, business application team, vendors and Japan Head Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish internal communications strategy in conjunction with senior managements.

Job Requirements (Good to have)

• Willing to take an ad-hoc project as necessary.
