Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing communication strategies within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with communication tools and platforms (preferably M365) and intranet systems.
• Strong design capabilities for creating communication templates and formats.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical abilities to assess communication metrics and refine strategies as needed.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and changing requirements.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Training Delivery

• Conduct SkillsFuture training workshops in Media, Photography, Videography, Video Editing or Arts.
• Utilize a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, hands-on exercises, case studies, and group discussions, to enhance learning outcomes.
• Provide personalized feedback and guidance to participants, fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Curriculum Development

• Working with academic and management team to feedback and update course curriculums that are up to date with industry trends.
• Design comprehensive lesson plans, interactive activities, and assessments that cater to learners of varying skill levels and backgrounds.
• Continuously update training content to reflect industry advancements and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

• Qualifications or certifications in either Design, Media or Arts.
• At least 1 year training experience.
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• ACLP/ACTA qualification is preferred.
