• No experience required as training and support will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide assistant and support to the host during live stream event (as a backend person) in creating a fun, energetic, and interactive environment during live streams to maximize viewer participation and engagement.
• Monitor viewer comments and questions during live streams, responding in a friendly and professional manner.
• Engage with viewers in the absence of host. (eg. showcasing products and engaging with viewers in front of camera)
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute live stream events
• Contribute ideas for live stream content to promotes products.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a host, presenter, or sales with on-camera personality is a plus.
• Familiarity with livestreaming platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Twitch, Facebook Live).
• No experience required as training and support will be provided.

Contract Duration

· Immediate to 31 March 2025 (With an option to extend for 1 year)

· 5 Days (Mon to Thur: 8.00am to 5.15pm; Fri: 8.00am to 4.45pm)

Monthly Offered Salary

• Immediate to 31 March 2025: Up to S$2,000 per month
• Option Year (1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026): Up to S$2,100 per month

Requirements

· Possess at least a GCE ‘N’ Level certification

· Ability to operate printing machines

· Proficient in basic literacy and numeracy skills

· Able to work independently

· Possess good interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers

· Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience

Job Description

· Perform bulk printing and duplicating services using in-house photocopier machines

· Perform finishing works onto printouts such as corner-stapling, hole-punched, collate by class & saddle-stitch

· Support Examination Committee in printing, collation, movement and safekeeping of the examination papers under prevailing tightened measures

· Ensure the printouts match the printing requests

· Ensure printing jobs are performed accurately and timely

· Maintain and upkeep the stationery inventory in the printing room

· Liaise with printer company on machine’s consumables

· Support front office during peak periods such as recess time & dismissal and perform simple administration duties

· Any other duties assigned by supervisor
