Internship Opportunity:
Join us as an Intern for Junior Event Project Coordination and become an integral part of our customer success team. This role is designed for those who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and are eager to contribute to the success of event implementations. As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to learn firsthand about our industry-leading platform and play a key role in coordinating and supporting event projects.

Key Internship Responsibilities:
- Support in resolving customer inquiries and issues swiftly and effectively.
- Assist in providing reliable event consultation alongside our senior coordinators.
- Help manage and ensure the seamless execution of significant event projects, aiming for the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our platform and technologies to support event registration and ticketing.
- Collaborate with our sales and product teams to facilitate the flawless execution of event projects.
- Engage in preparing and conducting live product training sessions for clients across different regions.
- Initiate follow-ups with clients to optimize their use of our services.
- Provide on-the-ground support during events to ensure their success.
- Contribute to creating and refining event management resources, including tutorials, guides, and documentation.
- Participate in efforts to enhance our operational processes (SOP and SLA).
- Be prepared for frequent travel to offer technical and project support at events.
Who We Are Looking For:
- A reliable, detail-oriented individual who prioritizes customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and empathy.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing, and efficiently managing time.
- Comfortable working both independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Technologically adept with a good understanding of web-based services.
- Willingness to travel for international event support.
- Prior experience in Project Management or Event Projects is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Singaporeans / PR applicants are given preference.
