Responsibilities:

• Create creative and engaging content for social media marketing.
• Edit and enhance photographs and videos to ensure they are consistent with the visual design of our business.
• Plan and develop content for various social media platforms.
• Keep up with current social media trends and visual content best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven photography and videography experience.
• Expertise in picture and video editing software (for example, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools).
• Strong imagination, attention to detail, and knowledge of visual storytelling are required.
• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities.
• A portfolio showing your work, with an emphasis on social media material.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience generating social media marketing content.
• Graphic design and visual effects knowledge.
• Knowledge of several social media networks and their content requirements.
• Adaptability to new technology and software.

Job Description

• Plan, develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events
• Manage all forms of marketing communication efforts including in-store display materials, eDMs, social media, media publicity and digital assets
• Work closely with in-house marketing team and alongside retail team to ensure marketing message stays consistent across different communication channels
• Conceptualize and create engaging social media content to maximize follower engagement and lead generation (drive awareness and sales)
• Drive brand awareness and publicity through various platforms (website, e-commerce, LinkedIn, Facebook, IG, YouTube)
• Monthly marketing updates/report – to track, analyse communication deliverables/ marketing activity and monitor competitor activity
• Any other ad hoc duties / marketing administrative matters assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Mass communication / Communications & Media Management/ Mass Media Management preferred or relevant discipline
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing / digital marketing or related fields
• Proficient in both English and Chinese ( fluent in speaking and writing in Chinese is an added advantage in order to liaise/handle Chinese speaking associates/materials)
• Organisational and time management skills with a creative flair
• Experienced in Canva (basic editing skills), proficient in MS Office
• Savvy with digital media, social media ( FB & IG) and website maintenance
