Job Description:

As the School Printing and Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and completing all printing requests from the school staff, ensuring the accurate preparation and verification of documents, and maintaining detailed records of printing activities. You will also be in charge of ordering and replenishing school supplies and consumables, as well as supporting the School Admin Team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and complete all printing requests for school materials and papers.
• Prepare and verify documents, and tabulate and submit monthly reports on printing/meter readings from the machines.
• Manage printing records and statistics efficiently.
• Order and replenish consumables related to school supplies and printing needs.
• Manage and order school inventories and consumables.
• Provide general administrative support to the School Admin Team and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in operating office automation equipment such as printers and photocopiers.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Relevant work experience in school general administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and comfort with using IT systems.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a school setting.
• Excellent team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of administrative duties.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

• Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break
• Wednesdays: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break
• Service is not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.
