RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the overall execution of events, including planning, coordination, and execution.
• Work closely with vendors, suppliers to ensure all their needs are met, managing the day-of event operations.
• Ensure that all events meet the client's expectations and budget.
• Maintain accurate records of all event activities and expenses.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
• Manage any issue that may arise during the event, including resolving conflicts amongst individuals and managing crisis situations.
• Other duties as assigned by your Reporting Officer from time to time.

• At least two years of working experience in a similar position, preferably in an event management or hospitality industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Content Manager to join a dynamic marketing team and work on projects for a renowned bank.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field;
• At least 3+ years of experience in social media content creation, management, or digital marketing, ideally within the financial or corporate sector;
• Experience in the B2B environment, particularly in corporate banking, financial services, or related industries;
• Strong command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken) for content creation and communication;
• Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms' algorithms and best practices;

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media content strategy that drives engagement and increases visibility across corporate banking platforms, particularly LinkedIn;
• Ensure that all content aligns with the bank's brand and marketing goals, maintaining consistency in tone, style, and messaging;
• Create engaging and shareable content for B2B audiences, including thought leadership articles, infographics, client success stories, and industry updates;
• Oversee the end-to-end creation of multimedia content (including text, images, video, and interactive elements) that resonates with corporate clients;

Position Overview:

The Digital Media Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to achieve our brand's objectives. This role focuses on creating, managing, and analyzing content across social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and enhance customer engagement. The Digital Media Marketing Manager will work closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive digital media strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
   Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media to drive customer acquisition and retention.
   Collaborate with internal teams to create digital marketing content, including blog posts, videos, graphics, and other engaging assets.
   
2. Social Media Management:Oversee social media accounts, create engaging content, and respond to user interactions to build brand loyalty.

• Basic skills in video editing would also be advantages

• Maintain consistent B2C Brand Activation and Events business activities for clients whilst keeping pace with business target trajectory
• Communicate and engage with current & potential clients to solicit business opportunities in the B2C space proactively
