Job Descriptions:
Handle all purchasing duties
Prepare, review and place purchase orders
Assist in Schedule purchases and arrivals
Maintain inventory
Coordinate with internal parties involved in procurement matters
Maintain and update purchasing documents/ records and approved external provider list
Ensure purchasing functions conformance to plant requirements
Build and maintain good relationship with current and new vendors
Any other ad-hoc tasks and activities assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain/ Purchasing or equivalent
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Basic mathematical knowledge
Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
Meticulous with good organization, negotiation and analytical skill
Commitment and initiatives to complete any urgent tasks timely
Good time management
Being able to start work immediately would be advantage.
Must be able to travel overseas for purchasing
