What You Will Do
- Daily store goods receive, issuance and all other material movement activity
- Incoming spares and materials bonding inspection
- Track any shortages and delivery of goods and materials
- Support in chemical and waste store management
- Reconcile any invoices discrepancies in invoicing system
- Review and carry out appropriate action for open purchase orders
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders such as vendors, buyers and Operations.
- Run daily report for the materials department
- Assist material movement due to quality issues (Return Material Authorization) and conduct periodic stock take
- Support the continuous improvement programs and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities.
- Upkeep and maintain store level of productivity and safety through 6S activities (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety)
Qualifications You Must Have
- Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or relevant disciplines
- Min 3 years’ store/inventory management experience
- Knowledge and experience in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
- Resourceful and proactive with initiative to drive for results
- Self-motivated to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management
- Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible to support overtime to support business needs if required
Qualifications We Prefer
