About the Role: As the Assistant Store Manager (Back of House), you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operations of our store, overseeing inventory, stock management, and logistics to support the front-of-house team. You will lead and inspire a team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of efficiency and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all back-of-house operations, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and logistics
- Oversee inventory accuracy through regular audits and stock checks
- Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, coordinating with suppliers and logistics partners
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth product flow and availability
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the back-of-house team to achieve operational excellence
- Implement and maintain compliance with Hermès’ procedures and standards
- Assist in executing visual merchandising changes and product placement
- Provide data-driven insights and reports to support the store's overall performance
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in a back-of-house, logistics, or inventory management role, ideally in luxury retail
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with all departments
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in inventory management systems
