Customer Service

• Lead by example to provide exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction levels across the team.
• Ensure the safety and security of the customers and employees within the store premises.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner and escalate to the store manager if required.
• Take ownership of various operational tasks, including inventory control, staffing management, in-store events, and social media management whenever required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager related to the role.

Job Requirements:

• Have a Diploma / bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Retail/Logistics, or any related field, and/or Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail management, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service, serving as a role model for the team.
• Having a passion and interest in our client's brand and merchandise.
• Flexibility to work in various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment is a plus.
• Proficiency in SAP ByDesign or similar programs will be advantageous.

Job Description:
- Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (receiving, sorting, put-away), outbound (pick/pack/release), materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties
- Maintain high inventory accuracy
- Checking on the quality and quantity of items for receiving and releasing
- Store product into respective location identify in WMS system and update location; if any
- Packing items according to SOP
- Report discrepancy such as shortages, excess and damaged product / carton
- Ensure warehouse safety and adhere SOP
- Responsible for the store security and cargo preservation.
- Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.

Job Scope:

Tear down event equipment after each event (washing, cleaning, packing)

Pack event items in accordance with event requirements

Ensure all items are accounted for, organized, and ready for the next event

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and capable of handling event equipment

Work Details:

Overtime: Overtime pay will be provided for extra hours worked
