RESPONSIBILITIES

• To study, innovate and ultimately enhance our product portfolio range
• Analyze market trends and consumer preferences to inform product development strategies
• Work closely with the sales team to understand market demands and customer preferences to develop new product concepts and ideas
• To be an expert in all the product functions, spare parts, and technology
• Facilitate discussions with partners to implement unique branded features and designs
• Ensure that customized products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Optimize product design and manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Implement best practices for quality control and assurance throughout the product lifecycle
• Stay updated on advancements in relevant technologies and industry trends
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and external partners

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Product Design, or a related field
• Proven experience in product development, preferably in the OEM industry.
• Experience working with third parties and suppliers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and cultures
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to drive product innovation
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory requirements related to product manufacturing
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
