About Our Client

Job Description

The Successful Applicant

• 10 years of indirect procurement experience, with a focus on professional services.
• Strong skills in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation and supplier management.
• Background in financial services or banking is an added advantage.
• Experience managing global roles with multi-regional responsibilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• A collaborative approach with strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for navigating complex environments.
• Willing to work in the East, hybrid work arrangements

Job Description:

• Oversee inventory planning, stock replenishment, and transfers to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Analyze and report on inventory trends, turnover rates, and stock discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce stockout risks.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Lead periodic stock counts and audits to reconcile physical and system inventory.
• Review and improve processes for efficient stock movement and management.
• Implement best practices in inventory control aligned with supply chain standards.
• Monitor KPIs and manage inventory budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide training and leadership to the inventory team, ensuring adherence to procedures and system updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years in retail supply chain management and 3 years in a management role.
• Expertise in inventory management systems (WMS/ERP) and data analysis.
