Demand Planning:

• Perform daily the Replenishment & Allocation from WW WH and from local WH to stores. For SAP, we repeat the process for all countries (Singapore and Malaysia)
• Monitor constantly Store Capacity vs Stock on hand. Actively collecting data from stores and keeping updated the capacity data for all SAP stores.
• Check the Target stock level vs OH for all SKUs and all stores constantly, to make sure that TSL is in line with latest sales performances.
