• Perform warehouse duty of receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for both import and export cargo.
• Ensure proper cargo checking upon receipt and report any irregularity observed to supervisor.
• Carry out daily physical stock check of remaining cargo in warehouse and update report for distribution to the import and export section.
• Maintain high standard of cleanliness & housekeeping of warehouse area.
• Observe safe warehouse practices and security.

Our client is a Water Treatment Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Procurement Assistant to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage data input, analytics, and maintenance of the Procurement Department’s electronic folders.
• Conduct clerical and administrative tasks within the Procurement Department.
• Assist and support the team with quotation and tender activities.
• Utilize internal Purchase Requisitions to identify and process purchase requirements, ensuring accurate information for the Purchase Order process.
• Monitor and expedite Purchase Orders with vendors.
• Communicate order status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure proper filing and archiving of Vendor Registration documentation.
• Confirm goods receipt for Purchase Orders upon delivery.
• Perform additional duties as required, aligned with the role.

Requirements:

• Possess at least “O" Level or Diploma/ITE certification in Office Skills or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
