Store Manager for Minimart and Bistro
Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the mini-mart, ensuring smooth functioning, profitability, and excellent customer service. This role involves managing staff, maintaining inventory, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
Oversee the daily operations, ensuring the store runs efficiently and meets business objectives.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and health standards.
Ensure operational procedures are being followed.
Staff Management
Supervise store staff / part-timers.
Schedule shifts, assign duties, and ensure adequate staffing levels.
Motivate and manage team performance through regular feedback.
Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure optimal inventory.
Manage stock replenishment and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
Customer Service
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a customer-focused environment and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Sales and Profitability
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
Analyze sales reports to identify trends and make informed decisions.
Optimize product placement and promotions to maximize revenue.
Financial Management
Manage cash handling, daily reconciliations, and bank deposits.
Control expenses by adhering to budget guidelines.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with legal regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies.
Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills

Working Conditions
- Full-time position, requiring flexibility in work hours, including potential shifts on weekends and PHs as needed.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods and handling inventory.
