Job Responsibilities:

• Assist incoming goods receiving, picking, and storage
• Assist in the preparation of outgoing goods for delivery
• Support all other warehousing functions
• Support other events and golf fair activities as required
• Carry out any other duties as instructed by superior from time to time
• To undertake any other job function as assigned by the superior and management from time to time

Requirement:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Physically fit to carry bulky and heavy goods preferred (Not more than 15kgs – 20kgs)
• Strong sense of urgency and responsibility to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly
• Experience with system entry such as Computer or handheld device usage/barcode scanning system (added Advantage)
• Basic communication skills in simple English to understand instructions and interact with coworkers
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment

Purchasing Assistant

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm ; Alternate Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm
• Location: Woodlands
• Salary: $2000 - $2800

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related industry, with a focus on purchasing or supply chain management.

Job Responsibilities :

• Source raw materials, and supplies for production, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Utilize MRP system (e.g., AutoCount) to facilitate pricing updates, inventory tracking, and procurement activities.
• Issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Verify received goods against delivery orders (DO) and reconcile discrepancies as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners to address any delivery issues or delays.
• Generate and issue traveller and route cards to support production scheduling and materials tracking.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date procurement documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, supplier agreements and ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of RFQ documents, including specifications, quantities, and delivery requirements.
