Maintain appropriate filing systems for all documents, records, and reports.
Ensure accurate data entry of pricing/description into the system.
PO processing & Issuance, Purchase Requisition, Review Open POs, back-end documentation.
Sourcing and negotiation for common G/L, MRO items/Tools.
Work closely with operations and warehouse team in logistics coordination.
Handle order fulfilment and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
Updating of Incoming Permit on Logistics.
Track and record orders - freight + supply chain to ensure timely supplies fulfillment.
Warehouse & Inventory:
Working closely with warehouse team to ensure good flow of inventory + storage space
Participate Monthly Stock Take
Any other adhoc duties as assign by HOD/ supervisor
Diploma or above in procurement/ logistics and min 1-2 years relevant/ hands-on experience in procurement/ logistics
Proficient in MS Office, in particularly MS Excel
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player and also able to work independently
Must be meticulous and possess sense of urgency
Must be able to work under pressure
